I decided to do some HIIT cardio on my treadmill today. It’s been a little while since I’ve done HIIT cardio and I thought today was a great day to switch up my workout. What I really enjoy is running for a minute and then walking for a minute, but you definitely don’t have to stick to that! It’s just a great way to get the most out of your exercise and to really get your heart pumping. And the best thing is, you only have to do it for 15-20 minutes because it’s intense!
