Move it or Lose it!

I decided to start today with a run because, as mentioned before, I’ve dedicated Wednesdays to running. That doesn’t always happen, but I try to be committed. The weather was perfect — about sixty — and the breeze wasn’t too shabby either. There’s just something about running–it’s therapeutic, burns fat, and makes you feel great! At least this is how I see it 🙂 Run one lap around a track with a lake and maybe you’ll see what I’m talking about!

After, I decided to up my cardio by running on the treadmill and various exercises off the treadmill! Switching it up is key because if you’re always doing the same exercises, your body gets used to it and then has a hard time adjusting to new ones. I’d run a minute on the treadmill and then do quick feet, bridges, jump squats, squat holds, and jumping jacks for a minute. You definitely feel the burn! But it’s also super fun… trust me! 🙂

Remember why you started and don’t give up.
